
Connection to the DBU RDi Server failed.
Looks like the DBU RDi Server is not running, or the IP address is still incorrect.
Try the following, in order, to solve the issue:
- Restart DBU RDi Server
- IBM iSeries Installation
- From the machine on which DBU RDi Server is installed, run the following command:
DBURDIRST
- Wait a few moments after the server has restarted and try to open the file again.
- Microsoft Windows Installation
- From the machine on which DBU RDi Server is installed, go to
Start > All Programs > ProData DBU RDi Server > Restart DBU RDi Server
- Wait a few moments after the server has restarted and try to open the file again.
- Ensure the DBU RDi Server IP you have is correct ()
- If the IP address is correct, please ensure that TCP port 8205 is open and unused.
- When you have the correct IP and access to port 8205, close this tab and try opening a file again - you will then be prompted to update the IP.
